Article 1: About RUSH Points
RUSH Points ("Points") are virtual points valid only within Poker-Rush.app ("Service"). They cannot be exchanged for cash, cryptocurrency, or any other currency.
Article 2: How to Earn Points
Points can be earned through Giveaways and campaigns held on our official SNS accounts. For purchases, users must follow the method specified by the operator.
Article 3: No Cancellation or Refund of Purchased Points
Once purchased or acquired, Points cannot be cancelled, refunded, or converted to cash for any reason.
Special Rules: 3x Bonus & Buy-In Limit
The following special rules apply to RUSH Points purchases and tournament participation:
- 3x Balance: When you purchase points, 3x the purchased amount is credited to your balance.
- Buy-In Limit: The maximum buy-in for tournaments you can participate in is limited to your most recent actual payment amount.
Purpose: These are special measures for player risk management and improving your prize-winning rate (ROI).
Article 4: Restrictions on Free Points (Giveaway)
Points awarded through Giveaways or free campaigns may be subject to the following restrictions:
- Expiration date (points expire automatically after the deadline)
- Restrictions on usage
Article 5: How to Use Points
Points can be used for the following purposes:
- Exchange for prizes and gifts offered within the Service
- Staking for tournaments (applying entry fees)
Article 6: Prize Redemption
- Prize redemption is only available while stock lasts. Stock may change without notice.
- Shipping costs for prizes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Article 7: Tournament Staking
- You can request staking for tournaments using Points.
- Requests may be declined depending on tournament capacity and participation status.
- The buy-in fee for approved staking will be paid by the operator at the tournament venue.
- A registration deadline is set for each tournament. If registration is not completed by the specified time, the staking will be cancelled.
Article 8: Expiration of Points
Points will expire in the following cases:
- Account withdrawal or deletion
- Account suspension due to violation of terms
- Expiration of validity period (for free points)
Article 9: Changes to Terms
The operator may change these terms with prior notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Article 10: Disclaimer
The operator shall not be liable for any temporary suspension, termination, or modification of the Points system, provided prior notice has been given.
