The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RUSH-RUSH.APP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.

The roadmap and development plans described in this Service are forward-looking statements based on current operational objectives. These plans may be subject to modification, postponement, or cancellation at the discretion of the operator due to changes in operational circumstances, market conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Users must not engage in defamation, harassment, bullying, hate speech, or any other malicious behavior toward other users, the Platform, or third parties on social media (including but not limited to X, Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, and YouTube) or any other public forum. This includes posting false or misleading information, making derogatory or insulting remarks, sharing private information without consent (doxxing), or organizing coordinated campaigns to harm the reputation of others. Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of RUSH Points and all associated balances, and potential legal action including claims for damages. The Platform reserves the right to remove offending content, restrict or terminate accounts, and take any corrective action deemed appropriate at its sole discretion.
In the event that a user is found to have committed any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, cheating, collusion, chip dumping, multi-accounting, bot usage, exploitation of system vulnerabilities, abuse of promotional codes, money laundering, or any other form of misconduct or breach of these Terms, all RUSH Points held in the user's account—whether purchased, earned, or received through transfers or giveaways—shall be immediately and fully forfeited without refund or compensation. This forfeiture applies regardless of the source or method by which the points were acquired. The user acknowledges and agrees that the Platform has the sole discretion to determine whether a violation has occurred and to confiscate all points and associated balances accordingly. In cases involving purchased points, the user shall not be entitled to any refund of the USDT or other consideration paid. The Platform may also pursue additional remedies including permanent account termination and legal action for damages.
The POKER RUSH web dashboard and front-end infrastructure are entirely decoupled from our core on-chain assets. All project funds, treasury reserves, and liquidity pools are secured through institutional-grade multi-signature (multi-sig) wallets and cold storage solutions. In the highly unlikely event of a cyber attack, DDoS, or breach targeting our website, the project's assets remain completely inaccessible and unaffected.
Furthermore, the POKER RUSH platform operates strictly as a non-custodial interface. We do not store, manage, or have any access to users' private keys or wallet balances. A compromise of our web servers cannot logically or technically lead to the loss of user funds, ensuring that both project and community assets are protected by the immutable security of the blockchain itself.
